Underwater hunting in Bologoye, the Tver Province
Underwater hunting is a kind of sports, which has gained popularity in many countries, including Russia. In the Tver Province, underwater hunting is available to everyone who chooses to spend a weekend in the OOO Izubr Hunting Reserve. This activity includes tracking fish from above the surface and catching it. A hunter has to dive and shoot a fish with a spear gun while holding breath.

However, underwater hunting requires specific knowledge and experience, which you can gain with the help of our instructors. They will teach you various diving techniques and hunting tactics. Also, they will teach you to handle a spear gun properly and share with you all secrets of the risky and thrilling art of underwater hunting, and tell you about the rules and ethics.
Hunting waterfowl in spring will be prohibited in Russia. The ban will come into force in 2015.
