Russian smoke sauna (‘banya’) was popular among our ancestors, and it has not lost its significance so far. Those who arrive in OOO Izubr Hunting Reserve, the Tver Province, can enjoy its numerous advantages.

This is an extremely popular type of sauna, because, as scientists say, it produces the biggest curative effect. There is no reason to be afraid of smoke filling the room. It is the smoke that kills all bacteria and viruses, and soot has absorptive and antiseptic properties. Tar, which forms during the heating process, exerts a healing effect on the skin, airways, and the entire body, thanks to its bactericidal and anti-parasite properties.

When heating a Russian sauna, herbal brews are used, which not only exert a healthy influence, but also create a soothing and peaceful atmosphere.
